Cancellations & Returns

We will be able to accept order change or cancellation requests any time before the material is cut for the stitching of your order or shipped.

Returns
In the unlikely event that your merchandise arrives damaged, you should submit the parcel opening 360° video without pause and cut. Upon authorization of returns, we will gladly offer you an exchange or store credit.

We take great efforts to put in the details of measurements and fabric of every product. Please note, we strictly do not exchange products based on any other reasons except the damaged material. We do not offer refunds, once a product is purchased. We will replace it only if there is damage in transit or the defect in the piece. No exchanges/No returns/No refunds is our policy for all our products.

Please do not courier the product to us without authorization from team Vastrams.in. We will not offer any replacement in such a case. All returns/replacements are subject to the discretion of Vastrams.in team.

We recommend to carefully check your size with the body size mentioned with each product. This uniquely patterned products unlike the commonly available “ready-made”, has 1.5 inches margins to loosen up to 1 size up. Ideally, we do not expect the returns/exchange for the size but still if you have any questions or clarifications, please reach out to our team at +91 9003157631 (11am to 5pm IST) Monday to Saturday or write at vastramsin@gmail.com. We will always hear you out and will definitely lend any help needed.

NOTE FOR RETURN & EXCHANGE:

  • The items should be unused and unwashed for hygiene reasons.
  • The product should have the original packaging and tags in place. Items without the original tags will not be accepted.
  • Sarees with fall and edging would not be accepted for return or exchange.
  • Customised products cannot be returned or exchanged.
  • Return/Exchange request that are not raised within 7 days of receiving the product would not be accepted.
  • Products bought during sale and exhibition are non-refundable
  • Shipping and COD charges are non refundable.
  • If you have received the product in a bad condition or if the packaging is tampered with, please refuse the package. Mail us at vastramsin@gmail.com  mentioning your Order ID. The replacement will be issued to you with no additional cost.
  • The shipping charges for sending the products back has to be borne by the customer. Rs 100 would be credited to your account.
  • If you do opt for a credit note, you cannot en-cash it later, pls do it within 7 working days.

DISCLAIMER : Natural-dyed colours might bleed during the first few washes or rub against the skin & other light-coloured garments. In the artful process of hand block-printing, embroidery work and stitching, variations are likely to come into existence. These irregularities are the hallmark of all handmade products and provides the product a unique identity. Like most brands, our products are photographed under controlled lighting. Colours tend to be perceived differently depending on factors such as shot angles, lighting, background tones and colour temperatures. As a result, prints and colours may vary. Nevertheless, we strive to match the tones as close to the original product colours as possible. In case of slight color, exchange request won’t be entertained.
