I bought a few sarees for Diwali from Vastrams. From the initial enquiry to the delivery Madhu has been very patient and helpful. She shared pics of her collection and explained about the fabrics that would suit my taste. She in fact took time to have a video chat and show sarees that I liked. She is very friendly and the best part was that she wasn’t trying to push for sale.
