Domestic Orders

Cancellation Policy :

  1. In case there is an order cancellation, please do so before it is shipped. 
  2. If you cancel your order before it has been shipped, we will refund the entire amount.
  3. You can request your order cancellation through email at vastramsin@gmail.com with subject cancellation of order with the given order number.

Return Policy :

  1. We return only in case of wrong product or defective product delivered.
  2. If you have received the product in a bad condition or if the packaging is tampered with, please refuse the package. Mail us at vastramsin@gmail.com mentioning your Order ID. The replacement will be issued to you with no additional cost.
  3. Shipping and COD charges are non refundable.
  4. If you receive any defective product, do contact us immediately by mailing us at vastramsin@gmail.com with your Order ID within 7 days of receiving the shipment and send us a snapshot of the defect. We will either provide you a credit note or refund the amount of the product.
  5. The shipping charges for sending the products back has to be borne by the customer.
  6. Once we have received the products a quality check would be done by our team.
  7. The amount refunded to you would be only for the products not the shipping charges.
  8. If you do opt for a credit note, you cannot en-cash it later, pls do it within 7 working days.
  9. In case we do not have pick up service available at your location, you would have to self ship the product. A maximum of 100 INR would be given to you as a credit note for reverse shipping.
  10. We unfortunately do not have an exchange policy for international customers.
  11. In case of refund, Amount will be credit to your bank acccount within 5-7 working days.

Exchange Policy: 

  1. We exchange only in case of wrong product delivered. 
  2. In case of slight color variation (as it happens due to camera screen resolution) or slightly different motifs (as every handloom products is an art work and are different as they are made by craftmen), exchange request wont be entertained. 
  3. Also no exchange would be entertained in case of slight misprint or slight variations in weaving (mostly in handloom, these misprints and variations in weaving is the beauty of products made by artisans with love).
  4. Raise an exchange request within 7 days of receiving the product. You can send your exchange request through email vastramsin@gmail.com. You will receive an approval mail from us within 48 hours if the request is accepted.
  5. If the request is accepted, we will ship the replacement product to you within 5-7 working day (subject to availability) or you will receive a credit note. 
  6. A pick up would be arranged and a label would be sent to you via email which needs to be attached on the package for reverse pick up.
  7. Mention the order details & complete shipping address on the packet as stated below – Order Number and the Name used while placing the order Shipping Address : Vastrams, Madhu Chakravarty, P045, DLF Capita Greens, Motinagar, N Delhi pin 110015. Ph no +919003157631. You would be notified by us, once we receive your shipment.
  8. Please make sure that the original packing is intact when the product is picked up.
  9. No return and exchange request would be accepted if the return/exchange request is raised after 7 days of receiving the shipment. In case of exceptional cases please write to us at through email vastramsin@gmail.com. 
  10. In case we do not have pick up service available at your location, you would have to self ship the product. A maximum of 100 INR would be given to you as a credit note for reverse shipping.
  11. Exchange is not possible if the saree has fall and edging done to it.
  12. Exchange would not be accepted if the product was customized for you.
  13. If you want to exchange the product you ordered for with another product, we will issue credit in your account. You can encash that amount in your next order within 7 days.
  14. If you want to exchange your product with another product of lower amount, we would ship the product as soon as we receive it and for the balance would be give you credit note for the balance amount, which can be used for your next purchase.
  15. Once you opt for credit note, you need to encash it immediately within 7 days.
  16. Products bought during sale and exhibition are non-refundable.
  17. In case of damage, defective and replacement product will be delivered in 5-7 days.

NOTE FOR RETURN & EXCHANGE:

  • The items should be unused and unwashed for hygiene reasons.
  • The product should have the original packaging and tags in place. Items without the original tags will not be accepted.
  • Sarees with fall and edging would not be accepted for return or exchange.
  • Customised products cannot be returned or exchanged

International Orders:

Once we have received the products a quality check would be done by our team. Please make sure that the original product tag and packing is intact when you courier it back to us.
  4. The amount refunded to you would be only for the products. Shipping charges are non-refundable
